2009 Specials

We have enjoyed working the past few years with Trevor and Jennifer; and recently Heather who has joined their team. What this means to you as a member is I am willing to lower my costs to promote safe flying for their friends and members. We have two specials for 2009.

First Special, we are doing a two day mountain flying seminar only for members of Cessna Flyers and Piper Flyers. It will be on Memorial day weekend 23 May and 24 May 2009. The schedule is listed below. We hope Trevor, Jennifer or one of their writers will be able to join us for this weekend.

Cost:
$500 Per Person based on Dual Occupancy
$800 Single Occupancy Rate

This includes two nights lodging, two lunches, two dinners (including a western dinner show), two breakfasts, flight planning materials, and a gift from Blue Goose Aviation. Must sign up by 1 April 2009 to ensure hotel space.

23 May

11:30 AM Arrive at Meadowlake airport (00V), the northeast side of Colorado Springs, CO.

We will take you to lunch and get you checked into your hotel for the weekend.

1:30 PM we start a 3 hour ground school on Density Altitude, Ridge Crossings, Valley Flying.

6:00 Dinner

24 May
06:00 Breakfast at the hotel.

07:00 Arrive at the airport for preflight and departure brief.

07:30 Fly to Alamosa Colorado (1.5 Hrs)

10:00 Fly to Gunnison Colorado (1.3 Hrs)

12:00 Fly to Leadville Colorado (1.6 Hrs)

1:30 Lunch in Leadville Colorado

3:00 Fly to Meadowlake Airport (1.0 Hrs)

5:30 Pick up at Hotel for Dinner at the Flying W Ranch a cowboy western dinner show.

Note: Anyone who does not want to fly to all three airports may fly to one or two of these
airports. Details will be worked out prior to the flight.

Depart at your connivance for home or stay in the area for some more great adventures.

We will be happy to help you with any other travel needs you may have.

Second Special, we are offering a $500.00 per person discount on our Montana Big Sky Tour (20-26 June). This is a wonderful tour around the western part of Montana with great activities.
