Route:

Tour Size:
*Average size is 6 airplanes 12 people.  We require 3 couples minimum and larger groups will be split up for flying with extra guide aircraft.

Weather Minimums for Go/No Go Decision:
*The Colorado area averages 250 days of clear skies each year.  Our view from the airport allows us to see mountain peaks over 100 miles away.  Density altitude, afternoon thunderstorms, and high winds are three of our biggest concerns.  For these reasons we plan our take-offs for 0800 each day and to be back on the ground around 1100.  If winds are greater than 25 knots, mountain flying is not recommended.  We have built in two "rest days/weather days"  in case we need to get back on track.  Otherwise, these days are time for you to explore the area on your own - go white water rafting or fly fishing as examples.

Wind:
*Winds greater than 25 knots--flights into the mountains are not recommended.
